Welcome to the Wheat2School Educators Online Training Workshop

The Wheat2School Online Training Course is designed to help you implement our farm-to-school program at your organization using our online course as a guide. This training course is FREE, asynchronous, and online to allow you take it on your own pace. From the time you register to take our training workshop, you have 3-months to complete your training. 

Wheat2School Training Workshop

Overview of the workshop: the goal of this workshop is to help you integrate our Wheat2School program as part of your education, school garden, and procurement efforts using wheat as a tool. For this workshop, I will provide you examples and ideas based on our current schools implementing our program. I will provide you with information, actionable items, templates, materials, and tools to make it adaptable to your settings. 

Timeline: You will be able to finish this workshop at your own pace for three months from the day you start it. The total completion time of this training workshop is 2.5 to 4 hours.

Evaluation Forms: At the end of each module, you will be able to participate in a survey to assess your progress in learning each module’s objectives and to provide me with your overall feedback. Please know that taking these surveys is voluntary and you do not have to take them. However, I would encourage you to provide me with your feedback to help me improve our training workshop. Module 6 contains the summative evaluation form and after completion you will receive your Certification of Completion.
